VNA of Northwest Indiana is the premier advocate for aging members of the community, providing hospice care, palliative care, VNA Meals on Wheels, the Medical Guardian response system, community education, grief support for families, the Phoenix Center with grief support for children, a We Honor Veterans program, and recognition programs celebrating the lives of our loved ones.

The VNA’s comprehensive approach to hospice and palliative care that combines world-class care with mission-driven compassion and family support makes VNA one-of-a-kind in Northwest Indiana.

For decades the VNA of Porter County has been serving the Northwest Indiana community with their life changing programs. With the name of VNA of Porter County it created a misconception that the VNA only serves the citizens of Porter County. To battle this idea the VNA has recently changed to the VNA of NWI.
