Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and Hammond Parks & Recreation are holding a fall canvas painting party in September at the Hammond Sportsplex. The Fall Leaves Paint Party will feature a hands-on teaching format where guests will learn to paint a fall scene.
