December at Lake Central High School included students wrapping up their semester classes to prepare for finals in the upcoming week. Finals for students will begin Monday, December 18, and end on Thursday, December 21. Students will then return to school on Christmas break on Monday, January 8, 2024.
Winter sports are officially in full swing and all our athletes are hard at work competing in their designated sports. All are welcome to attend the games and keep up with the tribe during their seasons.
When students return to school after Christmas break, the winter formal will take place on January 20, 2024. All juniors and seniors are welcome to attend the dance hosted at the Halls of St. George.
Now that the class of 2024 is getting closer to graduating and beginning the next chapter in their lives, Tim Tkach, a senior at the high school, and Rick Good, a teacher at the high school gave their input on how the year has gone as well as their best advice for their peers. 2023 was a good year at Lake Central High School, but 2024 has hopes of being even greater.
