At this event you will learn the information needed to confidently communicate with your clients, constituents, family and neighbors that the 2020 Census is safe and accessible for all to participate. Topics will include:

• An overview of laws in place to protect your information submitted during the 2020 Census
• Highlights of cyber security in place
• A review of questions that will be asked on the 2020 Census form
• Methods and language options available to complete the 2020 Census

A complete and accurate count is critical for you and your community. The results from the 2020 Census will determine the amount of federal funding your community receives for programs including school lunches, road repairs, housing vouchers, education and medicare. Census data is also utilized to attract new businesses to local areas, planning for hospitals, forecasting future housing needs and drawing federal, state and local legislative districts.
