Teen Stress Less Workshop with Associated Pediatricians

Event Information

Join the Behavioral Health Consultants from Associated Pediatricians for a FREE four night series to help teens better cope and manage their stressors. This interactive session (prizes and snacks included) will teach teens about stress, how it affects our body, and some great tools they can use on a day to day basis to manage those stressors. Open to everyone in our community ages 13-18 years of age, including those individuals not patients of Associated Pediatricians. This group will meet every Wednesday for four weeks.
