2019 Portage Summer Music Series presents “Harley Hehr”

If you like to laugh, like great musical entertainment, and like fun, then don't miss NW Indiana favorite Harley Hehr performing Tuesday, August 20, 2019, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. at Woodland Park in Portage, Indiana!  This terrific concert is all part of this year's 2019 Portage Summer Music Series of "FREE" concerts held indoors in Woodland Park's Oakwood Grand Hall, continuing every Tuesday throughout August.  Woodland Park is located just south of US 20 in Portage, at 2100 Willowcreek Road (from US 20 & 249, 1/4 mile east to light, 1/4 mile south to park entrance). Seating is provided and the show is open to the public.

Harley Heir is a highly accomplished singer whose first love is comedy--so Harley decided to uniquely combine the two.  Audiences marvel at Harley's exact vocal impressions of such famous celebrities as Elvis Presley, Louis Armstrong, Willie Nelson, Roy Orbison, Frankie Valli, Johnny Cash, and a host of others.  Harley Hehr's comedy and singing impressions act is a must-see, a captivating entertainment experience that family and friends are sure to enjoy!

Concessions and a cash bar on the premises also make a concert at Woodland Park one to enjoy!

Mark you calendar for this upcoming 2019 Portage Summer Music Series FREE concert at Woodland Park. On Tuesday, August 27th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., in Oakwood Grand Hall, Joe  Zirconia & Dave "Elvis" Thomas will perform a "Tribute to Neil Diamond & Elvis Presley" show!

Donations of non-perishable food, personal items, and paper products for the Portage Food Pantry and Gabriel's Horn Women's Homeless Shelter are welcomed for collection at every concert, but are not required.

The 2019 Portage Summer Music Series is produced in collaboration with Portage Township Live Entertainment Association (PTLEA), the Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce, and the Portage Department of Parks and Recreation. Concerts at Woodland Park are made possible by grants from John W. Anderson Foundation and Porter County Community Foundation, Indiana Dunes Tourism, and from donations by local residents and Portage Chamber business members.

The 2019 Portage Summer Music Series Committee includes: PTLEA board members  Jose Moreno, Terry Hardin, Linda Hardin, Paul Panicali, Dushanka Milatovic, and Joe Shukstor;  Nancy Simpson, Executive Director of the Greater Portage Chamber of Commerce; and Lori Wilkie, Assistant Superintendent of the Portage Department of Parks and Recreation.
