Brian Dougherty, the Executive Chef at StoryPoint Chesterton Senior Living, was recently featured by the Indianapolis Monthly for his delicious Cattlemen’s Ribeye Sandwich recipe.

 StoryPoint Chesterton is extremely proud to have their Executive Chef featured in the local news for his Indiana State Fair Cattlemen’s Ribeye Sandwich. Before accepting his role as StoryPoint Chesterton’s Executive Chef, Brian Dougherty was working at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar in Indianapolis, so he knows the secret to making a gourmet steak sandwich. Due to Covid-19, the Indiana State Fair had to be canceled, so Dougherty’s recipe gives the public a taste of what they might have enjoyed.
