Purdue Presents New Technologies at Road Show in Northwest Indiana

PurdueLogoPurdue University researchers will present a number of innovations at an upcoming Technology Road Show including a new method to improve radiation cancer therapy and an industrial vest to improve sampling procedures of workplace hazards such as chemical or biological agents.

These and other innovations with high commercialization potential will be presented from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Purdue Technology Center of Northwest Indiana, 9800 Connecticut Drive, Crown Point, Ind.

The technologies being featured and ready to be licensed include:

* Multi-Pocket Industrial Hygiene Sampling Vest.

* Wireless Tracking for Radiation Cancer Therapy.

* Wireless Indoor Positioning and Tracking System.

* Cancer chemotherapeutic assessment platform: From Discovery to Bedside.

The road show is presented by Purdue Research Foundation and the Purdue Office of Technology Commercialization.
