Munster High School Produces 10 National Merit Scholarship Finalists

Munster High SchoolMunster High School is proud to announce that 10 students have recently qualified as finalists for the National Merit Scholarship program. The National Merit Scholarship program began in 1955 as an academic competition, awarding scholarships to the nation’s most promising students. In order to become a National Merit Scholarship Finalist, students must have an exemplary score on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Qualifying Test. Approximately 1.6 million students take the PSAT each year and finalists are whittled down to the top 15,000 students in the nation. Munster High School would like to congratulate the following students for their selection as National.
