Horizon Bank is pleased to announce the recent grant to Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana. The grant, in the amount of $10,000, was presented to Dan Klein, Executive Director and Dan Rohaley, Board Member of Habitat for Humanity of Northwest Indiana on March 9, 2016.
Grant money was given specifically to help complete the Veteran Build going on at 6606 Tennessee, Hammond, IN.

This continues to be such a powerful collaboration of great organizations: North Township Trustee Frank Mrvan donating the home; Area Career Center students learning to work on a home; Horizon Bank, Northwest Indiana Veterans Action Council, Hessville Eagle Riders, Hammond Elks, the South Shore Convention and Visitors Authority, and a few individuals donating money to help fund this $60,000 project! It's just fantastic!"
