Crown Point High School Academic Super Bowl Team:
The Crown Point High School competed in the Academic Super Bowl state competition at Purdue University West Lafayette on May 5th. The social studies team of Dan Hautzinger, Warner Thurman and Gabe Joseph took 3rd place at the state competition.
Crown Point High School Music Department:
The Music Department at Crown Point High School has been awarded the Indiana State School Music Association All-Music- Award for the 2017-2018 School year. Music directors, Johann Sletto (band), Tom Reed (orchestra) and William Woods (choir) and the student musicians received this award for their outstanding musical accomplishments at ISSMA. Crown Point High School is one of only eleven high schools in Indiana to receive a Total Department Award.
