Members of Crown Point High School’s National Art Honor Society (NAHS), Gaby Richmond, Alex Baloski and Hannah Earl, enthusiastically volunteered on Sept. 7 at St. Anthony Hospital’s NICU Reunion for all the babies born in 2013. They volunteered their time painting faces for this annual event. They spread the word about the honor society and the visual arts while putting smiles on the children’s faces. NAHS is a group of dedicated and high achieving students with a passion and interest in visual art. NAHS sponsor Lyndsey Harris said, “The group promotes leadership and college and career readiness for the visual arts by making a conscious effort to volunteer in the Crown Point community and throughout the high school.”
