Centier Bank recently donated $5,000 to Logan Community Resources, Inc., a South Bend-based center devoted to serving adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities including autism services, residential services, day programs, and employment services.
The community donation is going toward the 17th annual Sonya Ansari Center for Autisum Garden Party, an annual fundraiser taking place on July 15, 2022 at 51891 Meadow Ridge Court in Granger.
Adria Minniear, Chief Philanthropy Officer at The Logan Center, said corporate partners like Centier Bank are integral in putting on the event.
“We’re thrilled to have corporate partners like Centier Bank,” she explained. “They believe in the mission at Logan. Specifically, funds raised from the party will support families as they navigate resources and support for their child diagnosed with autism.”
Amber Pulford, Regional Sales Manager at Centier Bank, also serves on the committee for the event, and said Centier and The Logan Center are aligned as purpose-driven organizations dedicated to enriching lives.
“We at Centier are proud to support abilities and specifically, the contributions of neurodivergent individuals,” Pulford said. “As a community bank and a community service center, we both aim to create communities in which kindness and dignity enrich the lives of everyone. We all look forward to the event being a huge success in helping the families who rely on The Logan Center.”
