Professional Experience: With nearly 15 years of nonprofit experience in healthcare, youth prevention, advocacy, and community based services, I have worked with a variety of organizations. Prior to working at Legacy, I managed operations for a community health organization consisting of 21 clinics throughout the State of Illinois.

Joyce Rademacher, Director of Operations
Professional Experience: As DOO I'm responsible for ensuring day to day operational excellence for our stakeholders and ensuring that Legacy operates without the possibility of incidents that could immobilize the organization. I am a self-motivated and results oriented professional. At Legacy, I manage a full range of administrative, logistical and operational duties in a wide variety of support areas including human resources, budgeting, procurement, and information technology. |
Tina Rongers, Consultant
Professional Experience: I serve as a consultant to Legacy Foundation, responsible for Neighborhood Spotlight and the Knight Community Information Challenge Grant in partnership with the City of Gary. In this leadership capacity, I provide technical assistance to Legacy staff and board, program partners and community members with the goal of transforming Lake County. I have over 10 years of professional management experience in the private, public and nonprofit sectors. |
Erica Fizer, Program Officer
Professional Experience: My professional experience in nonprofits really began with Legacy Foundation, although I have always been active in my community. I started as an intern at Legacy in April, 2012, assisting with communi- cations and grants management and have been provided amazing opportunities within the Foundation. |
