Open Enrollment Session Offered at Robert A. Pastrick Library January 26 and 29

Have you heard about the Affordable Healthcare Act but don't know where to start? NorthShore Health Centers would like to invite the public to attend two FREE information and enrollment sessions at the Robert A. PastrickPublic Library 1008 W. Chicago Ave., East Chicago, IN 46312 to help make people aware of their options.

The sessions takes place on January 26 from 2pm-7pm and and January 29 from 9am-2pm. Our NorthShore Navigators can help you:

• Understand the healthcare coverage options available
• Assist you find the insurance options you qualify for
• Help you enroll in one of the following:
  • Hoosier Healthwise (HHW)
  • Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)
  • A Marketplace Insurance Plan including evaluation of eligibility for Premium Tax Credits and Cost Sharing Assistance

Who we assist:

• Those interested in getting more information on the Marketplace and its health insurance plans
• Those without health coverage
• Those with coverage deemed too expensive
• Those who would like to change/renew current Marketplace Plans
