NorthShore Health Centers to Offer 2 Open Enrollment Sessions at Westchester Public Library in December

Have you heard about the Affordable Healthcare Act but don't know where to start? NorthShore Health Centers would like to invite the public to attend two FREE information and enrollment sessions at the Westchester Public Library 200 W. Indiana Ave. Chesterton, IN 46304 to help make people aware of their options.

The sessions takes place on December 8 from 6pm-9pm and and December 9 from 1pm-4pm. Our NorthShore Navigators can help you:

• Understand the healthcare coverage options available
• Assist you find the insurance options you qualify for
• Help you enroll in one of the following:
  • Hoosier Healthwise (HHW)
  • Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)
  • A Marketplace Insurance Plan including evaluation of eligibility for Premium Tax Credits and Cost Sharing Assistance

Who we assist:

• Those interested in getting more information on the Marketplace and its health insurance plans
• Those without health coverage
• Those with coverage deemed too expensive
• Those who would like to change/renew current Marketplace Plans
