NorthShore Health Centers to Offer Open Enrollment Session at Hammond Location on 12/10

Have you heard about the Affordable Healthcare Act but don't know where to start? NorthShore Health Centers would like to invite the public to attend a FREE information and enrollment session at the Hammond Public Library 564 State St. Hammond, IN 46320 to help make people aware of their options.

The session takes place on December 10 and begins at 10am. Our NorthShore Navigators can help you:

• Understand the healthcare coverage options available
• Assist you find the insurance options you qualify for
• Help you enroll in one of the following:
  • Hoosier Healthwise (HHW)
  • Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP)
  • A Marketplace Insurance Plan including evaluation of eligibility for Premium Tax Credits and Cost Sharing Assistance

Who we assist:

• Those interested in getting more information on the Marketplace and its health insurance plans
• Those without health coverage
• Those with coverage deemed too expensive
• Those who would like to change/renew current Marketplace Plans
