There are many different credit cards out there, and it can be difficult to choose the one
that works best for you. However, lenders are required by law to give you the same
information about their cards. Here are some things to look for in a credit card offer:

• Annual Percentage Rate (APR): What amount of interest will you pay on any unpaid balance?
• Annual Fee: Is there a fee? How much will you have to pay each year just for owning the credit card?
• Rewards and Perks: Does the lender offer any special discounts or points to use on other products and services?
• Credit Limit: What is the maximum amount you’re allowed to spend on the credit card? This can change based on your credit score and income.
• Other Fees and Penalties: Examples include late payment fees, over-the-limit fees, or foreign transaction fees.
