Sublime Homes’ luxurous “Magnolia” model reveals a modern farmhouse aesthetic
Searching for a new home in a prosperous and exciting area? Look no further than to one of Sublime Homes’ new models, the Magnolia. Located in the Walden Clearing neighborhood in St. John, not only are the Magnolia homes decked out in modern luxury with a touch of farmhouse sensibility, but they’re a great place for all kinds of homebuyers looking for a beautiful, suburban home.
Located in the idyllic Manors at Walden Clearing neighborhood, the Magnolia model’s two-story floorplan is 2,990 square feet, equipped with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, and a three-car side load garage. The primary color palette is black, white, and birch, and the home’s lighting and tile choices make that clear.
“This model is a modern farmhouse on the exterior with a more minimalist design in the interior,” said Amy Alexander, Sales and Marketing Director for Sublime Homes. “It’s also a great spot to view some wonderful sunsets.”
“The idea is to have a blank canvas so that the focus is more on who is going to use the space and to overall be flexible in terms of interior décor and furnishing,” said Michelle Graniczny, Assistant to the Sales and Marketing Director. “It’s a rather simple approach, but still retains that pure farmhouse feel. This home would be a great fit for any kind of buyer, whether it is a lively family or empty-nesters looking for a place to settle down.”
In order to promote the home, Sublime set up their Dusty Boots Tour, which allowed clients to come in to seethe still-unfinished home and check out some of the behind-the-scenes action, free of charge and with free drinks. It gave visitors a small preview of the home’s intricate workmanship before it becomes all clean and shiny.
“It’s exciting to be here to give the clients a tour of this model, both old and new faces,” said Alexander. “It’s fun to have something to show.”
“I like hearing what people love about the home; their responses are always appreciated,” said Graniczny.
The Magnolia home will be ready for occupancy in March. The price of the home $599,900. Homes in the community are estimated to be in-between $575,000 and $900,000. It is located close to downtown Crown Point and is close to the conveniences of Schererville and Merrillville.
