Turkey Trot Hike

Join a ranger in search of wild turkey and other wildlife as you work off Thanksgiving dinner at the Calumet Dunes parking lot in Indiana Dunes National Park. Hike along the ancient Calumet shoreline of Lake Michigan and through forested dunes and small blowouts.

Pinhook Bog Upland Trail Hike

Join a ranger for a hike on Pinhook Bog’s often overlooked Upland Trail at the Indiana Dunes National Park. The hike showcases the bog’s watershed as you hike a ravine, cross a bridge over a secluded pond that feeds the bog, and through stands of towering trees.
