SOFTBALL Hebron VS Morgan Township 2021

The Hebron High School Hawks softball team hosted the Morgan Township Cherokees Friday night. The Hawks took an early lead in the first inning with two runs from #5 Molly Friel and#13 Halie Kinkade. The Hawks were able to hold this lead for the rest of the game, securing the win with a score of 2-0. Head coach Craig Doelling commented on the win.
“Every win is good,” Doelling said. “We could have done more, but a win is a win. Defensively we played very well, which we did not do the first game against Morgan. We ran the bases very aggressively in the first couple of innings, and that’s what pushed the runs across.”
