Event Information
The Franciscan Health Cancer Centers in northwest Indiana will be hosting a monthly virtual cancer support group.
Our cancer support group is open to newly diagnosed patients, those receiving treatment and survivors. Each session will be co-facilitated by a licensed clinical social worker and oncology nurse navigator. The group will provide the opportunity to share experiences and discuss topics of interest.
This cancer support group will serve patients and survivors.
