TAI CHI FOR HEALTH SESSIONS:

Modernized tai chi forms incorporating medical science to deliver quantitative health and meditative benefits. Equivalent to walking briskly this program incorporates Sun Style movements and QiGong methods. Regular practice of a tai chi program is known to improve energy, balance, muscle strength, range of motion and blood pressure. In each one-hour Tai Chi for Health Program participants learn warm up and cool down exercises, movements and tai chi principles to complete and understand a Tai Chi Form they can apply and practice on their own. Instructors are certified by a Tai Chi for Health Institute Master Trainer. You can find more information on Dr. Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Institute and programs here: https://taichiforhealthinstitute.org/
