Public Engagement Session for the Hammond South Transit Development District

Event Information

The Northwest Indiana Regional Development Authority (RDA) will hold a public engagement session at Hammond City Hall, 5925 Calumet Ave, Hammond, IN 46320, on Wednesday, September 13th at 5:30 p.m. to present the Transit Development District for the Hammond South station area to the public.

A Transit Development District is a half-mile area anchored on a train station which captures incremental growth in income and property tax revenue for use in public investment related to the station area.
