Hammond Parks & Recreation welcomes Prom Genie’s Boutique Day to the Jean Shepherd Community Center on Saturday, March 28 from 9am until 2pm. This event provides free prom dresses, shoes and accessories on a first come, first served basis. A current school I.D. is required.
