*Heritage Award: Polish Heritage Association of Michigan City, Indiana

*Civic Award: the Honorable Anthony Copeland, Mayor of the City of East Chicago

*Fraternal Award: Paul Pawlowski, president of District #9 Polish Roman Catholic Union of America

*Distinguished Service Award: Professor James Pula of Purdue University Northwest, educator and historian
