Nature Retreat Day

Event Information

Retreat into nature for the day! Join a small group of others who are stepping into a day of peaceful creativity and mindfulness. Activities involve outdoor yoga, eco-dye artwork and a forest bathing walk. The day will be rich and restful for all participants. A boxed lunch will be provided. Comfortable shoes and a refillable water bottle are recommended. Location: Celebration Rose Pavilion and Hike

Tentative schedule:
10:00 Coffee and water and check-in
10:15-11:00 yoga
11:00-12:00 eco dye activities
12:00-1:00 lunch and time for rest/reflection
1:00-2:00 forest bathing hike
2:00-2:30 finish eco dye activities and have closing discussion

Cost: $55 member/$65 non-member
