Celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by joining the S.T.A.N.D. (Socially Together and Naturally Diverse) Clubs from Merrillville Intermediate School, Pierce Middle School, and Merrillville High School as they sponsor the annual MLK Brunch.
The public is invited to enjoy food, music, performances, guest speakers and fellowship from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 18, in the MHS Freshman Cafeteria of Merrillville High School, 276 E. 68th Pl. Enter through doors I or J. Tickets are available at the door: $10 adults, $8 students; FREE children 5 and under
