Mayor Thomas M. McDermott, Jr. and the Hammond Port Authority are proud to announce the details of Hammond’s annual Fourth of July Celebration.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Hammond will present fireworks shows in four locations around the city. Families can stay close to home with family and friends and enjoy the shows, all set to begin around 9:30 pm on Saturday, July 4.
Here are the four locations:
Clark MS/HS
Morton HS
Eggers MS
Gavit MS/HS
Due to safety concerns, families will not be permitted to watch the fireworks at these locations. Please stay home and stay safe.
