Give Kids a Smile Day 2021

There are few things that the NorthShore Health Centers' dental team love more than a great smile. Which is why they will be spending February 5 Giving Kids A Smile!

Uninsured children up to 17 will receive:

• A free dental exam
• X-rays
• Cleaning
• Electric spin toothbrush and toothpaste
• Fluoride treatment

Appointments will be required and are currently available at the following locations: Portage, Lake Station, Hammond, and Merrillville. Call 219-763-8112 to make your appointment today, they fill up quick!
