Come and celebrate Cardiac Wellness Day with our extraordinary staff. This free event focuses on overall wellness for everybody, not just cardiac patients.
Itinerary:
9:30 a.m. - Registration
10-11 a.m. - Energizing Exercise Class - maintain muscle tone, dexterity and balance
11:15 - 12 p.m. - Snack and Learn - educational tidbits to fill your mind and body
12 - 1 p.m. - Heart Health Bingo - this twist on bingo tests your heart knowledge while winning prizes
Fitness Center Tours are available anytime during the Wellness Day event.
