Medication Refill Updates
We ask that you provide us 24-hour notice when requesting medication refills. This will help us to best serve all our clients, allowing staff to review your pet’s medical record and doctors to give approval for refills. We will text you when your medication is ready to be picked up.

To be able to continue the service of altering (cut or split) pills for clients who require our help, we have decided the medication will need to be pre-paid by phone with a credit card. We are unable to sell medication that has been previously altered (cut or split) for another client and then not picked up.

Our next Saturday $10 Nail Trim to support Relay for Life is on April 20th. Stop by Vale Park Animal Hospital from 2pm-4pm to get your pet a mani pedi, and to support a great cause! No appointments are needed so just stop on by!

We would just like to send out a friendly reminder that our office will now be temporarily closed every Wednesday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm, for regularly scheduled staff meetings and training seminars. This added time allows for us to better train our growing staff, and to better serve all of our amazing patients!

Thank you for helping us in helping your pets!
