Every year, Westchester Intermediate School's Student Council conducts a service project to help those in need. This year, students chose another project to help children.
The group made fleece tie blankets during the school’s Going Green Week. Students prepped the blankets by cutting and creating a fringe on the edges.
The blankets will be delivered to children at the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.
