The Westchester Intermediate School (WIS) Math Bowl Team competed in the annual Purdue M.A.T.H. Bowl on Saturday, February 27 at Boone Grove Middle School. WIS won their division with a score of 26 out of the possible 32 total points. This was the highest score at the contest site and a tie for the 6th highest score statewide. After being tabulated with the other 108 schools in their division across the state, ended up in the 19th spot overall. At the time of the Boone Grove contest, 8000 students and 521 schools were competing at other sites statewide.
