Guests can also enter to win at the upcoming camp open house from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 11. This free event offers families an opportunity to explore the campus, meet staff, ask questions and register for camp.
"Summer camp is an important and valuable experience for children," said Erin Crofton, education director of Dunes Learning Center. “Campers build confidence, resilience, skills and friendships that last a lifetime as they play in and explore the diverse landscape of Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore.”
Overnight and day camp adventures are available for ages six to 17. Camp sessions begin June 22 and include a variety of activities like night hikes, crafts, photography, campfire sing-alongs and beach outings. Activities vary per session.
