An interventional cardiologist and an internal medicine physician are the newest additions to the Franciscan Physician Network’s team of doctors in Michigan City.
The Franciscan Physician Network Heart Center Michigan City has welcomed interventional cardiologist Majd Kanbour, MD, to its team of heart specialists. Dr. Kanbour received his training at Aleppo University School of Medicine in Aleppo, Syria and did his residency and his fellowship in interventional cardiology at Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, W. Va.
His clinical interests include coronary artery disease, aortic diseases, peripheral arterial disease and congestive heart failure.
Franciscan Physician Network Coolspring Health Center has welcomed Luis Lora, MD, who is board certified in internal medicine and fluent in Spanish. Dr. Lora received his training at Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santiago, Dominican Republic. He did his residency in internal medicine at Trihealth – Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Dr Lora’s clinical interests include hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular risk reduction and preventative medicine.
