New Jerk & Wrap Restaurant to open at 1441 E 82nd Ave
Tropical Jerk Hut & Wraps has leased the 3,298 SF restaurant at 1441 E 82nd Ave in Merrillville. This free-standing restaurant sits on 82nd Ave across from Red Lobster. Tropical Jerk Hut & Wraps will take over the former Golden Shrimp. The lease was completed on September 15th, 2020 and plans are to open the new location in late fall of 2020.

Drive-thru space is very difficult to find and being by all the hotels and malls gives them excellent traffic.
