If you have ever wanted to acknowledge a caregiver at our campus, the Trilogy Foundation now has the perfect way for you to do so. The Grateful Families Program provides an opportunity for you to say “thank you” to caregivers in a more personal and meaningful way.
Simply make a gift in support of the program and acknowledge the caregivers who have made a difference in your life. Your kind words will be delivered to the recipients, and they will receive a special acknowledgment for their care and service.
