In this part two of two segment, Bill discusses how Northwest Indiana's collaboration with Indianapolis affect the state's economy: "It's going to take a paradigm shift in the way that Indianapolis views Indiana." And how the cities of Northwest Indiana support each other: "We've seen a lot of support for the Gary Airport. We've done surveys and people in Porter County think it's important for the Gary Airport to succeed."
