For me, joining any Board is not the title of "leader" but the service I can bring to those l'm accountable to. It's a philosophy called servant leadership, which I strongly believe in. As a member of the KV REMC board, I try to build trust and serve to the best of my ability. It's an exciting time to be part of the co-op.
