The City of Crown Point announces changes to the upcoming special events schedule due to State of Indiana Executive Order 20-48

The City of Crown Point and Mayor’s Office of Special Events have made the following changes to our upcoming special events schedule due to Executive Order 20-48 issued by Governor Eric Holcomb.

Tree & Tank Lighting - scheduled for Friday, November 27th at 5:30pm- Cancelled

Winter Market scheduled for Saturday, November 28th from 10am – 4pm- Cancelled

Santa Parade-November 28th 10am

 Santa will arrive at the Pointe Plaza by Lake County helicopter

All guests must remain in their cars

Santa & Mrs. Claus will board the Trolley and be escorted through the City.  See the attached map for the route or download it from our website at www.crownpoint.in.gov.

Tour of Lights -Self Guided

A map of all the home participating will be posted on the website beginning December 14th.

Online voting for Crown Point resident homes will be available from December 14th -December 27th.

The winner will be announced at the January City Council Meeting.

Chipotle Fundraiser for December 5th from 4-8pm

Culver’s Fundraiser night – TBD

Food Drive-beginning Monday, November 30th – Drop off non-perishable food items to the main entrance of Bulldog Park or McFlys Barbershop between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm Monday – Friday.

Monetary donations will be accepted at the Parks Office.
