Searching for a home that epitomizes the highest standard of quality and fine workmanship, but also brings your imagination to life? You’re in luck. Sublime Homes has a wide assortment of semi-custom plans, and the renowned St. John-based luxury homebuilder is ready to help shape your future.

“For Sublime, our philosophy is to bring the client’s vision to life. It is not about us, but about them,” said Jackie Graniczny, Design Director for Sublime Homes. “We want our clients to know that we care.”

Customizing your abode with Sublime Homes is a simple yet immersive experience. The first step for anyone interested in building a house with Sublime Homes is to get in touch with the Sales & Marketing Director Amy Alexander. Over the phone, she will walk prospective clients through the entire process, educating them about any of their 13 semi-custom plans and determining if one of their plans is a fit, or if they are looking for something more or completely customized.

“As a customer-faced business, everything that we strive to do is to best serve our clients. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and evolve our processes,” Alexander said. “We use many tools to keep in constant communication with our clients as well as our team. Most recently, we added a video emailing service to communicate with our prospective and current clients.”

From there, if Sublime Homes and the client are a fit for one another, Alexander will schedule an appointment to meet with the sales team in person, where prospective buyers can come out, see the model, and have a conversation about the investment of building a custom home. For instance, if a client wants to move walls and change the layout of the kitchen and the bathroom, Sublime Homes will accommodate in order to bring that client’s vision to life. Even changes like exterior designs, anything from traditional to craftsman to modern farmhouse, can be customized. A detailed list of Sublime Homes’ semi-custom plans can be found here:

“Anyone that has an eye for detail or quality can see that when viewing one of our projects,” Graniczny said. “Down to the windows being centered on doors, balanced elevations of cabinetry, and perfect mitered cuts in the crown moulding – so tight there isn't a need for a bead of caulk! Every little detail in a Sublime product has a rhyme and reason.”

Sublime Homes’ also has a video series on their YouTube channel titled “This Sublime House,” which showcases the design choices, details, and philosophy that go into their semi-custom plans. Episode 1 of the video series, which covers the Elizabeth Model in St. John’s Rose Garden community, can be found here:

“Speaking for the entire Sublime team, I can honestly say that each of us loves what we do here, which I believe truly translates into the details of the homes we produce,” said Tiffany Madura, Junior Designer for Sublime Homes. “For me, the combination of being able to use my creativity on a daily basis and the relationships we form with our clients makes it a great experience to be a part of the Sublime team. I truly enjoy helping our clients make their dream homes become a reality!”
