Chesterton High School speech and debate students, Elizabeth Green, Danny Vincent, Layla Mooradian and Justyn Lantz taught Liberty Elementary third graders, Aliah Johnson, Kara Lahaie, August Lovitz, Maggie Oksimowicz and others how to act out a ‘sour face’ on a recent visit to theie school. CHS teacher Kirsten Reed brought two students to Liberty to help the third graders prepare for our upcoming Third Grade Poetry Night this upcoming Wednesday. The high school students recited poetry by Shel Silverstein, gave tips on public speaking, and taught the third graders voice warm-up activities.
