Things at St. Mary Catholic Community School are poppin’ already! On the afternoon of Friday, August 16, students spilled into the school parking lot armed with popsicles and yearbooks. The annual Popsicle Party had begun!
Yearbooks are ordered in May, printed in July, and signed annually in August. Students from first through eighth grades balance their books in one arm, sign with the other hand, and also manage to keep their popsicles from dripping all over! What talent!
The Home and School Association generously provides the popsicles for all the students who eagerly obtain signatures from as many SMS “family” members as possible including classmates, other students across grade levels, and even the faculty and staff.
