On Tuesday, November 15, 2016 members of the Crown Point Fire Department came to St. Mary Catholic Community School for a CPR/AED refresher course for 37 school & parish staff members. The class was led by Firefighter/Paramedic Matt Kodicek.
He was assisted by Captain Tom Walters, Lieutenant Mark Baumgardner Jr., Firefighter/Paramedic Bryan Bodamer, Firefighyer/Paramedic Kevin Radtke, Firefighter/Paramedic Ryan Cusack, Firefighter/Paramedic Josh McBurney, Firefighter/Paramedic Keith Boersma, Firefighter/EMT Dave Dickerson, Firefighter/EMT Chris Craft, Firefighter/EMT Mike Ciesielski, & Firefighter/EMT Anthony VanAuken. Several staff members that have also been previously certified. St. Mary’s School is grateful to to provide this opportunity to its staff. Crown Point residents are truly blessed to have such a great fire department that does amazing things for the community.
