St-Marys-Families-Show-Support-for-Teachers-with-Teacher-Appreciation-Walk-A-ThonOn Friday, September 22nd, 2017, students at St. Mary Catholic Community School will show their appreciation for their teachers by participating in the school’s annual walk-a-thon. The walk-a-thon was organized by St. Mary’s Parish Council and Finance Council. The trek by St. Mary’s students will begin at 10:00 AM.

St. Mary’s has provided a high quality education to students since 1872 and a strong faculty has always been, and continues to be, paramount to the school’s success. Support from the parish, the school community, and the Crown Point community at large for this event is excellent. This year’s co-chairs for the event are Lowell Killion and Penny Pappas. Those who would like to learn more or support the teachers by way of a donation may visit: http://shortlink.stmarycp.org/walk-a-thon.

St. Mary Catholic Community School in Crown Point offers grade levels Junior Pre-Kindergarten (for three year olds) through grade eight. St. Mary’s faculty teaches a rich curriculum supported by cutting-edge technology.
