St. Jude House Has Received Nearly $2,500 in Donations for Their Let Kids Be Kids Playground Campaign

St-Jude-HouseThe Let Kids Be Kids (LKBK) campaign kicked off on February 1, 2018 with the goal of raising $5,000 to fund the installation of a brand new children’s playground on St. Jude House property. With the old playground being 15 years old and in great need of an update, this campaign became a great opportunity for the community to support an amazing cause and bring hope to St. Jude House and the children it shelters.

The LKBK Campaign ran through the end of February, and officially came to a close with the drawing of the winner of the campaign contest, who received a $100 VISA gift card. The winner was drawn at random from a group of people who supported LKBK by liking and sharing St. Jude House Facebook posts throughout the month. Although this drawing officially ended the campaign, St. Jude House has decided to open it back up for donations! Being so close to their donation goal and having additional donations come in after the campaign’s end, St. Jude House wanted to give the community another opportunity to contribute to LKBK and continue to reach for their $5,000 goal. The campaign is officially back up and running, and donors can make additional contributions through the St. Jude House CrowdRise donation page! A link for this page can be found in posts on the St. Jude House Facebook page. You may also donate on the St. Jude House FaceBook page with the “donate now” button. You may also mail donations directly to St. Jude House.
