Back on September 29th of this year, the Starbucks-anchored retail strip on Wicker Avenue in St. John was sold to a local investment group. This investment group turned around and hired Latitude Commercial to handle full-service management of the 9,600 square foot property that is home to six tenants including Verizon, Jimmy John’s, GameStop, and L.A. Tan.
