SNV Holdings, INC has acquired a 12,640 SF industrial building located at 8774 Louisiana St in Merrillville, IN. SNV plans to relocate their operation there from Griffth immediately.
Myles Rapchak, of Latitude Commercial, represented the seller in this deal. “This is a great building in a very sparce industrial market “Rapchak said. “The owner built and has had it for over 20 years, so we are very happy to pass it over to a great company who will hopefully utilize it for a long time to come. It was great to work with Pete throughout not only deal, but all of his over the years”.
