Chesterton High School junior Josh Nelson spoke to art teacher Kirsten Renehan at the art opening at the Chesterton Art Center on the evening of Tuesday, May 6. Representative artwork will be on display through May 12 featuring the artwork of CHS students in grades 9-12. A second exhibit on May 14-26 will feature the artwork of Duneland School students in grades 1-8. An opening reception will be hosted for grades 1-8 at the Center on Wednesday, May 14 from 6:00-7:30 p.m. The exhibits are open to the public without cost during Gallery hours Monday-Friday 11 a.m.-4 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 1-4 p.m.
